  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 chopped garlic cloves
  • 12 medium medium tomatoes
  • ½ tbsp sea salt


  • Boil the tomatoes in water until the skin peels back.
  • Sauté garlic with the olive oil until golden.
  • Add the peeled tomatoes.
  • Simmer the sauce for 20 minutes.
  • Crush the tomatoes with a spoon.
  • Add sea salt.
  • Enjoy with your favorite pasta!
