- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 6 chopped garlic cloves
- 12 medium medium tomatoes
- ½ tbsp sea salt
- Boil the tomatoes in water until the skin peels back.
- Sauté garlic with the olive oil until golden.
- Add the peeled tomatoes.
- Simmer the sauce for 20 minutes.
- Crush the tomatoes with a spoon.
- Add sea salt.
- Enjoy with your favorite pasta!
