Brussels Sprouts Bake
Servings: 4 servings
- 3 cups brussels sprouts
- 1 cup onion
- ⅛ cup tahini
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup croutons
- salt and pepper to taste
- handful of parsley
- Cut ends of brussels sprout and thinly slice.
- Cut onion in half and thinly slice.
- Mix all ingredients in a baking dish.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake in the oven at 400°F for 45 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Top with more parsley before serving.
