Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups grated carrots
- ½ cup apple sauce
- ½ cup avocado oil
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Bake in oven 350 degrees F for about 40 minutes.
