- 250 grams of spaghetti pasta
- 1 cup chopped basil
- ⅓ cup chopped parsley
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- sat and pepper to taste
- Satué the herbs and garlic in the olive oil and butter for a few minutes.
- Cook the spaghetti for 5-7 minutes in boiling water with 1 tbsp salt.
- Drain the pasta and immediately add the satué herbs.
- Serve with vegan parm!
