  • 250 grams of spaghetti pasta
  • 1 cup chopped basil
  • cup chopped parsley
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter
  • sat and pepper to taste


  • Satué the herbs and garlic in the olive oil and butter for a few minutes.
  • Cook the spaghetti for 5-7 minutes in boiling water with 1 tbsp salt.
  • Drain the pasta and immediately add the satué herbs.
  • Serve with vegan parm!
