Lemon Pepper Corn

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp vegan butter optional
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water and add the corn kernels to it.
- Let it cook for 3-5 minutes then drain the water completely using a colander.
- Pour the corn (while it’s warm) into a bowl and add the butter (optional) and lemon pepper.
- Mix thoroughly, garnish with parsley and enjoy!
