  • 2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegan butter optional
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


  • Boil water and add the corn kernels to it.
  • Let it cook for 3-5 minutes then drain the water completely using a colander.
  • Pour the corn (while it’s warm) into a bowl and add the butter (optional) and lemon pepper.
  • Mix thoroughly, garnish with parsley and enjoy!
