Mango Granola

Ingredients
- 3 cups old-fashion rolled oats
- 1 big mango chopped
- ½ cup raw almonds
- ⅓ cup hemp seeds
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 330ºF 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, and flip the pan around to ensure even baking.
