Ingredients

  • ½ cup chopped avocado
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup finely chopped mango
  • ¾ cup chopped mandarin
  • ½ cup chopped spring onions
  • 2-3 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days or serve right away with tortilla chips!
