Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Wet ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds mixed with 5 tbsp water
  • cup of maple syrup
  • 1 mashed banana
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients one at a time.
  • Bake 350ºF for 12 minutes.
