Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ chopped onion
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 3 cups almond milk

Instructions

  • Sauté the onion and garlic with the oil.
  • Add the spices, mix for a few minutes.
  • Add the mushrooms, close the pot lid and let the mushrooms release their juice.
  • Add the flour and almond milk.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite pasta or rice.
