- sparkling mineral water
- Mash raspberries in a bowl.
- Add sweetener, lemon juice, and water.
- Strain the raspberries through a mesh colander (don’t worry if you get some pulp).
- Add ice cubes to a tall glass.
- Add the raspberry juice.
- Add the sparkling mineral water.
