Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup cashew yogurt
  • 1 cup grated cucumber will shrink to ½ cup after drained
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
  • Salt

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  • Adjust the salt if needed, and keep cool until serving time!
