Vegan Cheese Spread

Ingredients
- ½ cup soaked cashews
- ½ cup sliced carrots
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp vinegar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1¼ cup tapioca starch
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until creamy.
- Pour to a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Cook, constantly stirring for a few minutes or until thickened.
- You can enjoy this spread hot or cold (refrigerate up to a week).
- Serve with your favorite crackers or bread.
