Ingredients

  • ½ cup soaked cashews
  • ½ cup sliced carrots
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • cup tapioca starch
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until creamy.
  • Pour to a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Cook, constantly stirring for a few minutes or until thickened.
  • You can enjoy this spread hot or cold (refrigerate up to a week).
  • Serve with your favorite crackers or bread.
