- 3 cups whole-wheat flour we use Bob’s Red Mill 100% stone-ground whole wheat organic flour
- 3 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ginger
- Add all ingredients to a jar and mix very well.
- When you are ready to make waffles, add the wet ingredients for every one cup of waffle mix: 1 ½ cups almond milk 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla
