Add the flour to the yeast mixture.
Stir the dough to combine and knead with your hands for about 10 minutes.
Cover the bowl for 45 minutes until it doubles in size.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces and shape them into round balls.
Allow them to rest covered for 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 428°F.
Press a hole through the center of each dough (about 1.5 inches).
Place bagels in boiling water for under a minute (flip them halfway through).
Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and add the seasoning.
Bake for 22-24 minutes. Allow them to cool completely before serving.
